Our story
At the core of our business since 2009
We established Premises Prime during the global financial crisis of 2008 and 2009. While much of construction was in turmoil, the prime residential market proved robust and resilient, and it has remained the core of our business ever since.
Before the crisis we were already supplying established, traditional prime contractors such as Holloway White Allom and Harry Neal, which put us in a strong position to grow in high quality residential.
We understand the nuances of prime work: serving ultra high net worth private clients, delivering finishes to the finest tolerances, and the passion that goes hand in hand with creating exceptional homes. Over the years we have built an extensive network across the sector that sets us apart.
